Active & Passive Damage

• Active damage flinches you and does stuff like break ice. It also usually has a damage number associated with it.

  • Passive damage does not flinch you.
  • Poison damage is an example of passive damage.
  • There are notable exceptions to the general rules. Shock, while causing a flinch and showing a damage number, is passive damage by default.
