Cast Speed

• The time it takes for skill bars to complete.

• Each point of DEX reduces your base cast times by (-1/150)%.
  • At 150 DEX, you have instant casts.
• Any items or other bonuses which modify cast times (like Cloth Mastery) are a multiplicative modifier on the cast time after the base cast time reduction is applied.

E.g. you want to cast Storm Gust Lv10. It has a base cast time of 15 seconds (15,000ms).

• You have 80 total DEX. This gives you -53.33% Base Cast Times (-80/150)%.
• Storm Gust's cast time is roughly 7,050ms (15,000*0.47).
• You have Cloth Mastery Lv10, with 5 Cloth Armors on. This gives you a 25% reduction to cast times.
• Storm Gust's cast time is now 5,287ms (7,050*0.75).
