  • Inflict Coma when you freeze a target with less than 15% of its max HP remaining.
  • Proxy cast Frost Nova when you kill a frozen enemy.
  • Frost Nova gains the following effects:
    • Cast time -30%
    • Proxy casts Falling Ice Crystal +100%.
  • Caution: You will unlearn this boon if you learn the 'Eternal Blaze' boon.

  • Minibosses lose 5% of their max HP instead.
